Rongjeng designed and built data.seemant.org — a real-time beneficiary tracking and impact dashboard for a large-scale biogas programme spanning 15 districts of Rajasthan, empowering 1,758 farmers with clean energy and soil-enhancing biogas technology, supported by Farm India Foundation.

Biogas Mission Data Portal
Urmul Seemant Samiti, Rajasthan
The challenge. Urmul Seemant Samiti, an NGO operating across the arid districts of Rajasthan, needed a way to systematically track and publicly communicate the impact of Mission Biogas — a programme empowering rural farmers with sustainable biogas installations, supported by Farm India Foundation.
What we built. Rongjeng designed and developed data.seemant.org — a Drupal 10-powered data portal featuring a live beneficiary map, a searchable beneficiary directory, and an impact dashboard. Field teams log data, programme managers monitor outreach, and stakeholders view transparent, real-time progress reports.
The result. A fully operational data platform spanning 15 districts and 300+ Gram Panchayats — giving donors, partners, and the public a data-backed view of one of Rajasthan's most impactful clean-energy programmes.

North Eastern Development Finance Corporation, Guwahati
The challenge. NEDFi's NER Databank is the definitive reference platform for economic, demographic, and sectoral data across all eight states of Northeast India — covering GSDP, per capita income, agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and more. The existing platform needed a full Drupal migration, content architecture overhaul, and integration of value-added features to serve researchers, policymakers, and the public effectively.
What we delivered. Rongjeng executed a full migration to Drupal 11 — restructuring the content taxonomy across eight states and dozens of economic sectors, rebuilding the navigation architecture, and integrating value-added features including data visualisation, downloadable publications, and improved search. The platform now covers GDP, NSDP, per capita income, GSVA sectoral breakdowns, natural resources (forests, fisheries, animal husbandry), and state-wise profiles — all maintained through a clean editorial interface.
The result. A modernised, fast-loading data portal on Drupal 11 — serving policymakers, researchers, entrepreneurs, and institutions across Northeast India with authoritative economic and demographic data.
Shillong.com — Meghalaya Tourism Portal
Shillong, Meghalaya
The challenge. Shillong.com needed to be more than a brochure website — it had to function as a living directory for cafes, hotels, tourist spots, and services in Shillong and across Meghalaya, while also supporting guided tour bookings, podcast content, and an active editorial publishing workflow for travel stories and destination guides.
What we delivered. Rongjeng built the full platform on Drupal 11 — including a business directory with listings submission for local businesses, a curated tourist destination section covering Living Root Bridges, Dawki, and other Meghalaya landmarks, a guided tours section with custom enquiry workflow, podcast integration for audio content, and a full CRM system for managing tour leads and business listing relationships. Content management covers text, images, audio (podcast), and video across all sections.
The result. A comprehensive Shillong and Meghalaya tourism and lifestyle platform — combining a business directory, destination guides, tour booking workflow, and podcast content under one well-structured Drupal 11 site, with a CRM enabling the team to manage leads and listings relationships efficiently.
